Peter D. Riches
Managing Director, Principal Consultant
Red Pony founder and Managing Director, Peter Riches, has more than ten years experience developing award-winning IT
and multimedia projects in Australia and overseas. He is a member of
the Society of Editors (Vic) and the Australian Society of Technical
Communicators (Vic).
Peter spent five years with Melbourne's Senojweb
as Content Director and Information Architect, and was a key member of
the team that developed the award-winning ABS educational CD-ROM, 'A
Tale Of Two Worlds'.
In 2002 Peter moved to Ireland where he was
employed as an instructional designer for Riverdeep Interactive. Back
in Australia, he worked as a technical writer for Infosys Technologies before being commissioned to produce the 'Effective Engagement Kit' for
the Victorian Department of Sustainability and Environment. This kit
remains a benchmark in the field of community engagement.
Peter established Red Pony in 2003 to provide
quality content solutions for traditional and new media.
Andrew Eather
Senior Consultant
Andrew is an editor and technical writer with extensive experience working with SMEs, academics (humanities, medical and social sciences), creative writers and government bodies.
Significant projects have included editing and proofreading of training manuals for Telstra staff in south Asia, the ADVANCE training manual for HIDA (Health Insurance Distributors’ Association) sales representatives (USA) and content development and revision for the ESC (Essential Services Commission) website.
