Australia Post philatelic service now online

Australia Post has launched its new online service, Stamp Shop, which caters to stamp collectors and enthusiasts from all over the world as well as the general public.

The site allows customers to search for and purchase newly issued stamps, souvenir sheets and other themed collections as they are released. Customers can also create their own stamps, incorporating personal photographs.

Red Pony provided editorial and project management services for the development of web designer SitePoint's tender bid to create Stamp Shop.

Red Pony drew together the input of a number of content authors, including various subject matter experts, within a single seamless response.

After SitePoint was awarded the contract to develop Stamp Shop, Red Pony also ran website usability testing to ensure the functionality of the site before it went online in August 2008.
