PROJECT BRIEF

Develop a repository of well-written, consistently formatted and easily updated sales documents for use in tenders and proposals.


DESIGNA is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of sophisticated software- controlled car park management systems with well over 6,000 of their systems installed worldwide.

The company has previously operated in Australia as DESIGNA Sabar and Sabar Technologies, becoming DESIGNA Australia in 2017.

Much of the sales and marketing material reflected previous branding and needed to be updated to reflect the company’s international corporate brand. It also needed a suite of sales and marketing documents that could be readily incorporated into tenders and proposals for projects around Australia and the Asia- Pacific region.

Using corporate design standards, Red Pony began by developing a series of MS Word templates that could be used to create a range of marketing collateral, as well as a new template for sales proposals.

We converted a wide range of sales and marketing documents used in a number of tender submissions to the new template. We also conducted a full review of all content to ensure it was clear, well-written and reflective of the new corporate identity.

This suite of marketing collateral was then used to generate quality, customised responses for all new requests for tenders and proposals.

Not only did Red Pony’s work ensure that the DESIGNA sales team could respond more quickly to new opportunities – freeing up more time to focus on other areas of business development – but it also improved the quality of the DESIGNA Australia’s responses dramatically, along with the submission success rate.
