Red Pony was commissioned to rewrite a suite of client-facing documents in simplified English – including standard letters, fact sheets, brochures and posters – for the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (ACQSC).

Editing projects
Red Pony was engaged to structure, format and copyedit content for readability and compliance with the Airports Act 1996 (Cth) for the inaugural Western Sydney International Airport Master Plan.
The Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework was to undergo its first revision in 10 years. Red Pony simplified the structure and revised content, focusing on plain language while maintaining pedagogical integrity.
Melbourne Water engaged Red Pony to copyedit the Monitoring, evaluation, reporting and improvement framework, a key component of Melbourne Water’s Healthy waterways strategy.
The City of Melbourne engaged Red Pony to copyedit the Resilient Melbourne annual report. Starting with a comprehensive review of the draft, Red Pony then copyedited finalised content and proofread the report after layout.
Red Pony assisted the Parliament of Victoria’s Family and Community Development Committee to produce its landmark report, Betrayal of trust, following the Inquiry into the Handling of Child Abuse by Religious and Other Organisations.
PwC Australia engaged Red Pony in a dual capacity – to provide a structural review of a 30,000-word investigation into the need for an NDIS, and to edit and proofread the document in its final iteration.
Annual report projects
The Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission engaged Red Pony to coordinate the production of their annual report, from project management to writing, formatting, copyediting and proofreading.
WSA Co Limited is the Government Business Enterprise tasked with building and operating Western Sydney International Airport. Red Pony was engaged to project manage the annual report production process.
The Norman Beischer Medical Research Foundation asked Red Pony to oversee the production of its annual review, providing copywriting, copyediting and proofreading services and coordinating third-party graphic design and printing services.
After having worked with Red Pony on developing their 5-year strategic plan, the Infrastructure Sustainability Council again commissioned Red Pony, this time to copyedit and proofread their impact report.

Red Pony provided Standards Australia with a suite of Word templates to generate a range of different corporate documents that are consistent in style and appearance.
DeakinCo. engaged Red Pony to produce accessible versions of their Diploma of Leadership and Management course materials for vision-impaired students.
The Climate Change Authority commissioned Red Pony to create a suite of Microsoft office document templates and an accompanying user manual.
Designa brought Red Pony on board to develop a repository of well-written, consistently formatted and easily updateable sales documents for use in tenders and proposals.
Training projects
Red Pony delivered a business writing workshop to help the Treasury Wine Estates sales team deliver their messages more effectively.
IPEd invited Red Pony’s Principal Consultant Peter Riches to run a workshop at the annual conference on winning government tenders.
ElectraNet asked Red Pony to design a template that could be used to produce complex regulatory reports, then train various teams to use it effectively.
