Red Pony’s environmental policy reflects our awareness of and commitment to environmental sustainability, and outlines our precautionary approach. We recognise that our actions are important for our clients, our employees and our business performance. We welcome the opportunity to help our environment through everyday decisions and conscious awareness of our impact.

At Red Pony, we see protecting the environment as one of our core values. In taking measures such as those outlined in this policy, we aim to continue to reduce our environmental footprint. Through our actions, we aim to lead by example, inspiring our employees, clients and vendors to take all measures possible to care for our environment.

Commitment

Red Pony commits to:

• identifying and managing our environmental risks with the goal of minimising or eliminating those risks

• ensuring we consider the environment in our investment and corporate strategies, procurement and the services we offer

• actively working to reduce our environmental footprint

• engaging with our clients and employees on environmental issues and transparently reporting on our environmental performance

• complying with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements

• seeking ways to continually improve our practices to benefit the environment.

Our actions

Red Pony employees take all measures possible to care for our environment. These measures include:

• minimising energy emissions by turning off lighting and heating when not present in the office

• sourcing sustainable resources (for example, energy efficient equipment)

• reusing resources (for example, using old printouts as notepaper)

• reducing waste by minimising printing, minimising use of single-use plastics and using keep cups

• recycling paper, plastic and glass.
