PROJECT BRIEF

Develop a repository of well-written, consistently formatted and easily updateable sales documents for use in tenders and proposals.


DESIGNA Australia is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of sophisticated, software-controlled car park management systems, with well over 6,000 of their systems installed worldwide.

The company previously operated in Australia as DESIGNA Sabar and Sabar Technologies, becoming DESIGNA Australia in 2017.

DESIGNA’s sales and marketing material needed updating to reflect the company’s international corporate brand. The DESIGNA marketing team needed a suite of sales and marketing documents they could readily incorporate into tenders and project proposals in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.

Using corporate design standards, Red Pony developed a series of Microsoft Word templates that could be used to create marketing collateral. We also created a new template for sales proposals.

We converted a wide range of sales and marketing documents used in tender submissions to the new template. We conducted a full review of all content to ensure it was clear and well written, and reflected their new corporate identity.

This suite of marketing collateral was used to generate high-quality, customised responses for new requests for tenders and proposals.

Red Pony’s work supported the DESIGNA sales team to respond more quickly to new opportunities, and freed up their time to focus on other areas of business development. The quality of DESIGNA’s proposals and tender responses improved significantly, along with their submission success rate.
